Some of our case histories
"L'Avventura della Moneta"
Banca d’Italia – Eurosistema wants to communicate the complex world of money and finance in an accessible and engaging way to a wide and varied audience. The need to disseminate non-simple concepts in a comprehensible way, emphasizing the importance of economic events in the national context, requires an innovative and effective approach. The choice to create a technologically advanced exhibition, which anticipates the permanent museum exhibition, requires the involvement of a multidisciplinary and, at the same time, highly specialized team.
The immersive exhibition “L’Avventura della Moneta”, hosted at the Palazzo Esposizioni in Rome from October 31, 2023 to April 28, 2024, was created with the installation and set up of the technological installations by OSC Innovation, which managed the IT design and development of:
- Interactive systems for visitors.
- Installation and configuration of immersive projections.
- Applications used by the staff in the room.
- Technological systems for inclusivity through the use of wearables.
This ambitious project is a preview of the future Museo della Moneta (MUDEM) Banca d’Italia, which will open in 2025 at Villa Hüffer. Thanks to the advanced technological solutions proposed by OSC Innovation, the Exhibition offers an extraordinary journey of discovery of money, starting from Sumerian tablets and arriving at modern banknotes. The spectacular interactions between video and automation make the Exhibition an innovative tool for edutainment to facilitate a better understanding of finance and markets.
Imperial Tobacco had organized a series of events in stages for the promotion of Pulze and Pulze ID products, the request was to enhance the catering and bar area with an innovative installation.
We created a bar counter using two 55″ touch monitors. The barmen, as well as the guests, could interact with it using hands, glasses and shakers which, once placed on the screen, were traced and produced animations that followed the movement of the hands or objects.
Annalaura Di Luggo
Artist Annalaura di Luggo was looking for a team capable of transforming her creative vision into a technological installation.
We worked closely with Annalaura di Luggo to create a solution that fully matched her vision. The installation allows users to fully immerse themselves in the work and have a cathartic experience.
Honda, a famous motorcycle manufacturer, asked us for support in creating an installation for their stand at EICMA. Specifically, the client wanted to offer an interactive experience, capable of creating involvement among users.
We created the contents and IT architecture of a dedicated 3D configurator, with which users could interact through a 42″ touch screen. Not only was it possible to customize the proposed motorcycle model, but also to move it in the virtual space according to the highest graphic standards.
Algida wanted to make one of its flagship products, Magnum ice cream, viral on social media. He therefore asked us to create an installation capable of combining offline experience and online advertising, to reach the widest possible audience.
We leveraged the so-called UGC – User Generated Content – to make the content viral, installing interactive totems in the main Magnum Stores in Italy. Branded totem poles in the shape of ice cream allowed users to record boomerang videos. By simply scanning the QR code automatically generated at the end of the experience, the user could share the video on their social networks.
